In this Washington Post article, Arlington county officials are all worried that they won’t be able to fill buildings in Crystal City that will be left over from the military’s BRAC plan. Let’s see here, a piece of land between the Pentagon and Reagan airport, with its own subway and commuter rail stops. Yeah, that’s going to be a tough sell.

Oh, wait. For a minute there I thought we were talking about South Tulsa.

On the other hand, this does open up the possibility of tearing out some of those ugly Brutalist buildings.
